CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. semi sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. hot milk
2 tbsp. brandy or rum
Whipped cream
1 pkg. lady fingers

Combine chips, sugar and eggs in blender. Add boiling hot milk and brandy or rum. Blend until smooth.

Line 8" spring pan with lady fingers. Pour above mixture into pan. Refrigerate 2 hours until firm.

Garnish with whipped cream. Serves 8 to 10.
