"MOTHER'S DAY OFF" COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. all-purpose biscuit mix
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. Quaker oats, uncooked
1 egg
2 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all of the coffee cake ingredients in a bowl just until all dry particles are moistened.

CRUMBLE TOPPING:

2/3 c. Quaker oats, uncooked
2/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. butter, melted

For Crumble Topping, combine all ingredients and mix well.

Grease an 8 x 8-inch square baking pan. Put half the cake batter in and spread to cover bottom of pan. Sprinkle half of Crumble Topping over batter. Spread on the remaining batter and sprinkle on the rest of topping. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven 25-30 minutes.
