1 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. soft butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Add liquid to dry and mix for 1/2 minute. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes in 13 x 9 x 2 pan.
