CHICKEN MOZZARELLA 
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 chicken breasts
2/3 c. chili sauce
3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella

Brush bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan with oil. Mix Bisquick, Parmesan, seasoning, paprika and pepper. Coat chicken. Arrange skin side down in pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes. Turn chicken; spread chili sauce over breasts. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake until melted (about 5 minutes). 6 servings.
