CHOCOLATE CARAMEL FUDGE CAKE 
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 box German chocolate cake mix
3/4 c. melted butter
1/c. chopped nuts
1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips
60 Kraft caramels
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Mix 1/3 cup milk with cake mix, add butter and nuts, spread half of batter in 13 by 9 greased pan. Bake 8 minutes in 350 degree oven. While hot sprinkle with chocolate chips. Pour caramels that have been melted with 1/2 cup milk over chocolate chips. Pour other half of batter over caramels. Bake 18 to 20 minutes longer. You can top with fudge icing or serve plain. This is very rich tasting. My favorite, of course!
