BALLOON BISCUITS 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
5 lg. marshmallows
2 tbsp. nuts, chopped
1 can (10 count size) biscuits
1/2 stick butter, melted

Combine sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. Cut marshmallows in halves. Separate biscuits and press each one to flatten. Dip a marshmallow in butter then roll it in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place on top of biscuit and wrap biscuit around marshmallow, pinching edges together to completely seal in marshmallow. Form into a ball. Dip into butter, then roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Repeat making 10 biscuits. Place in muffin cups; sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until brown.
