OYSTER SPREAD 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. milk
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash hot sauce
Salt to taste
2 (3 1/2 oz.) cans smoked oysters, minced
Paprika
Parsley, chopped

Combine all ingredients and microwave to soften, except oysters, paprika and parsley. Blend well. Stir in oysters and refrigerate several hours. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley before serving.

Yield: 3 cups.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
