CRESCENT ROLL CHEESECAKE 
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg yolk (save white)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll 1 package crescent rolls on bottom of dish. Pinch together and spread to cover the bottom of dish.

Combine cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla, sugar and egg yolk for filling. Spread filling on top of crescent rolls. Roll out other package of crescent rolls on top; pinch together.

GLAZE:

1 egg white
1/2 c. sugar

Glaze the top with egg white mixed with sugar; make sure to cover completely. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees in a 9x13 inch ungreased glass casserole dish.
