CRESCENT ROLL CHEESECAKE 
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, separated
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese

Do NOT grease pan!

Beat cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg yolk until creamy.

Lay out 1 package crescent rolls in bottom of 9 inch x 13 inch pan Put cream cheese mixture on top. Put 2nd package crescent rolls on top. Brush top with egg white and sprinkle with sugar.
