| CRESCENT ROLL CHEESE CAKE | |

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 egg yolk 1 c. sugar 2 lg. cans crescent rolls Spread (press) 1 can of crescent rolls on buttered cookie sheet. Mix cream cheese, egg yolk and sugar. Spread mixture over crescent rolls. Top with second can of rolls and seal edges. Brush top with beaten egg white and bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool and enjoy. May top with fruit such as strawberries, pineapple, blueberries. | |
