CRESCENT ROLL CHEESECAKE 
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 egg yolk (save egg white)
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Place 1 package rolls on bottom of a 9x13-inch pan. Pat together. Squeeze seams to form solid crust. Beat together cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread on top of crust in the pan.

Place the other package or rolls on top, pinching together dough together. Beat egg white until foamy. Spread on top. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
