POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 med. potatoes, use red or white rose (boil, cool & peel, then dice)
1 can cream of chicken soup, do not add water
1/2 c. Sharp Cheddar cheese, grate or dice
1/2 c. sour cream
4 green onions, chopped or 1/4 c. onion, chopped

Heat soup. Add cheese. When cheese has melted, fold in sour cream and chopped onion. Add potatoes to this mixture. Put in casserole and top with buttered Corn Flake crumbs. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until it is heated through.
