SUPER BUTTERHORNS 
1 c. milk, scalded
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. granular yeast
3 eggs, beaten
4 1/2 c. flour

Combine scalded milk and butter. Cool until lukewarm. Add the sugar and salt. Add yeast and stir. Wait 5 minutes for the yeast to work. Add eggs, then flour. Knead. Place in greased bowl; let rise.

Divide into 3 parts and roll out in circle. Cut circle in 12 piece pie wedges. Brush with melted butter. Roll up from wide end to point. Brush top with melted butter. Cover and let rise until very light. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
