STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
6 med. green peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 c. stewed tomatoes (1, 1 lb. can)
3/4 c. precooked rice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Several dashes salt & pepper
1 c. shredded sharp processed American cheese

Clean peppers and precook 5 minutes in salted boiling water. Sprinkle inside with salt. Brown meat and onions. Add tomatoes, rice and Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer until rice is tender. Add cheese and stuff pepper cups. Bake uncovered 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
