1 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour (2 c. plain and 1 c. self-rising)
4 eggs
2 tbsp. lemon flavoring (Happy Home brand)
1 c. milk

Cream sugar and Crisco. Add flavoring, eggs (one at a time) and mix well. Add milk and beat for 1 minute at high speed. Add flour and mix until smooth. Pour into tube baking pan that has been greased and lined with waxed paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
