CHICKEN CRESCENT SQUARES 
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
3-4 tbsp. butter, melted
2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. chopped chives or onion
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
8 oz. can refrigerated crescent or Italian flavor crescent rolls
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In bowl, blend cream cheese and 2 tablespoons butter until smooth. Add chicken, salt, pepper, milk, chives or onions and pimento. Mix well. Separate crescent dough into 4 rectangles. Seal perforations.

Place 1/2 cup of chicken mixture in center of each. Pull up corners, twist on top and seal sides. Brush with remaining 1-2 tablespoons butter. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake for 25-30 minutes on greased cookie sheet.
