PEAR AND YOGURT PARFAIT 
1 c. plain unflavored yogurt
2 sm. very ripe pears, peeled, cored and diced
2 tsp. honey
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
8 graham crackers (each 2 1/2 inches square), crushed

In bowl, mix well yogurt, pears, honey and cinnamon; cover and chill. Just before serving, spoon into each of 4 parfait glasses alternate layers of yogurt mixture and cracker crumbs, starting with yogurt and ending with crumbs. Makes 4 servings.
