VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 sm. head cauliflower
2 lb. broccoli
2 bunches green onion
8-10 slices bacon, cook until crisp, crumble (turkey bacon can be used)
Cherry tomatoes

Mix cauliflower, broccoli and onion in large bowl. Crumble bacon into salad.

DRESSING:

1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise

Mix together. Pour over vegetables and chill. Marinate at least 3 hours. Add tomatoes before serving.
