CHERRY DUMP PUDDING 
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted shortening
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat 2 minutes. Pour into bottom of 2 quart baking dish. Cover with 2 cups cherries, 1/4 to 12/ cup sugar. Pour over 1 cup cherry juice. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
