CHICKEN BROCCOLI POTATO 
1 fryer
3 med. potatoes (with or without peels)
1 bunch broccoli
1/2 tsp. oregano
Season to taste

Boil fryer until cooked and tender. Remove meat from broth and strip meat off the bones. Cut potatoes and broccoli into chunks and add to broth. Add deboned chicken and season to taste. Cook until tender.
