VEGGY PIZZA 
Pita bread
Chopped onions
Zucchini, sliced
Alfalfa sprouts
Broccoli flowerettes
Cauliflower
Fresh sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. each basil, oregano, garlic powder (or fresh)
Tomato paste
Mozzarella cheese

In saucepan saute onions with garlic, then add any of the listed vegetables. After they are heated add 1 or more cans tomato paste, thinned with water. Stir and simmer until spices are cooked in. Top on pita bread halves, sprinkle with grated Mozzarella cheese. Broil until cheese melts.
