APPLE BUTTER PUMPKIN PIE 
1 c. pumpkin
1 c. apple butter
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. milk
1 unbaked pastry shell
Whipped cream

In medium mixing bowl combine first 7 ingredients. Add eggs; lightly beat into pumpkin mixture. Stir in both milks. Pour into unbaked shell; bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake 25 minutes more or until set. Cool; serve with whipped cream.
