BLUEBERRY DESSERT 
1 lb. graham crackers, crushed
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese, room temp.
1 can blueberry pie mix
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipped cream

Blend the crackers, butter and powdered sugar. Pat down in greased 9"x13" pan to form crust. Beat eggs, add sugar and cream cheese. Whip until smooth. Spread on crumb crust and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool thoroughly. Mix blueberry mix with lemon juice. Spread on top of crust. Keep in refrigerator at least 8 hours before serving. Cover with whipped cream before serving.
