MINUTE STEAK STEW | |
2 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 4 minute or cubed steaks, cut into 1" strips 2 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. finely chopped onion 1 c. cooked or canned peas & carrots 1/2 c. vegetable liquid 6-8 sm. cooked or canned potatoes 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce Combine flour, salt and pepper; roll steak strips in flour mixture. Heat butter in skillet until bubbling brown steak well on all sides in butter. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover skillet. Simmer 10 minutes. |
