BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. lean tender beef, cubed
1/2 bell pepper, sliced
Salt to taste
1/4 c. dry white wine
4 tbsp. cooking oil
3 mushrooms, sliced
1/2 med. onion, sliced
Pinch of nutmeg
1 c. beef broth
1 c. sour cream

Put oil in skillet and heat. Flour meat, place in pan and cook until tender or done. Add mushrooms, onion, peppers. Saute until clear. Add salt, nutmeg, broth, and white wine. Cook until liquid is reduced by 1/2. Stir in cream and remove from heat. Serve over rice or noodles.
