CHICKEN WINGS | |
2 doz. chicken wings 1 c. water 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 c. pineapple juice 1 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. salad oil 1 tsp. ginger Cut wings at joints. Discard tip section. Make marinade of remaining ingredients. Put wing pieces in a glass 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour marinade over chicken wings and place in refrigerator overnight. Put whole thing into 350 degree oven. Bake 1 1/2-2 hours. (I like to put the glass pan into a cold oven so it heats as the oven heats or bring out of refrigerator earlier and let it come to room temperature.) |
