MICRO - WAVE CARAMEL CORN 
6 qts. popped corn
2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. Karo syrup
2 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Spray of liquid Mazola

Put ingredients in 2 quart kettle and boil 5 minutes. Then add baking soda and stir down. Spray inside of large paper bag. Put corn in bag and pour in hot syrup. Put in microwave oven on high for 1 1/2 minutes, then shake. Into oven 1 1/2 more minutes. Shake. Then 30 seconds heat. Shake. One more 30 seconds in oven. Shake. Corn finished. Very good.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
