CHINESE SPAGHETTI 
1 pkg. Oriental spaghetti
4 carrots, shredded
1 bunch green onions, sliced
7 tbsp. sesame oil
5 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. sugar
1 to 2 tbsp. hot chili oil
1/2 c. toasted sesame seeds
1/2 c. cilantro

Combine noodles, carrots and green onions. Whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and chili oil until smooth. Toss with noodles mixture until well combined. Garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro just before serving. (You can reduce or eliminate cilantro for less hot dish.) Serves 20.
