CHICKEN WITH ZUCCHINI 
1/2 lb. cooked chicken meat (about 2 c.)
1-2 c. zucchini in fat sticks
2 c. sliced mushrooms
Nutmeg
Salt & pepper
2-4 tbsp. milk or cram

Tear the chicken into rough pieces. Heat a little oil in a 10 inch skillet over medium-high heat and saute the zucchini and mushrooms for 2-3 minutes. Add the chicken, lower the heat and stir well. Stir in the spices and the milk. Heat through and serve. Serves 2.
