LANGOSTINA CASSEROLE 
3 (12 oz.) pkgs. langostinos
1/2 pkg. herb seasoned stuffing (8 oz.)
1 c. water, plus mushroom liquid (add more water if needed)
2 onions, chopped fine
1/2 lb. butter
2 or 3 sm. cans mushrooms
Salt, pepper and oregano to taste

Defrost langostinos, roll in paper towels until dry; squeeze gently. Melt 2 sticks butter in frying pan. Saute onions, add mushrooms and liquid, langostinos, water and bread stuffing and seasoning. Cook until thoroughly heated. Put in casserole with cover and bake about 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Lobster or crabmeat may also be used instead of langostinos.
