BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. dried beef, diced
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. bacon, browned and broken up
1 qt. milk
1/2 c. flour
16 slightly beaten eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 c. evaporated milk

Make white sauce with butter, flour, and 1 quart milk. Cook scrambled eggs with 1 cup evaporated milk in 1/4 cup butter in a fry pan. Add bacon and dried beef to white sauce. Pour half of white sauce mixture in casserole or cake pan. Add cooked scrambled eggs on next layer. Put remaining white sauce on top of cooked scrambled egg mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. One day before, bake 1 hour. Serves 10-12 people.
