NEOPOLITAN REFRIGERATOR SHEET
CAKE
 
1 deluxe fudge marble cake mix
1 sm. strawberry Jello
3/4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1 env. whipped topping mix
1 sm. instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. cold milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water; set aside at room temperature. Prepare and bake cake as directed on package. Cool cake in pan 20 to 25 minutes. Poke deep holes through top of cake with meat fork; space holes 1 inch apart. With cup, slowly pour gelatin mixture over cooled cake. Set in refrigerator while preparing topping.

Blend topping mix, pudding, milk and vanilla in chilled deep bowl, beat until stiff (3 to 3 minutes). Immediately spread on cake. Decorate with strawberries if desired NOTE: Cake should be stored in refrigerator.
