LEMON TARRAGON DRESSING 
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
4 sprigs fresh tarragon
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 c. orange juice
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper
1 tsp. fresh ginger
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 c. olive oil
1/3 c. vegetable oil

In blender, combine all ingredients, except oils. While machine is running, slowly add oils. Taste. Add Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco, if desired. Serve with mixed green salad.
