WANDEE'S SALAD DRESSING | |
3 med. size cloves garlic 1-inch length by 1/2 to 3/4-inch round piece of fresh ginger root (peeled) Blend above to very fine consistency in food processor. Place in stainless steel or glass bowl. Then add: 1 c. white vinegar (can use rice wine if desired) Add 2 level tablespoons celery salt. Add 2 level tablespoons sesame oil. Add 1 rounded teaspoon white sugar. Blend all ingredients very well and put in tightly closed container. Chill several hours in refrigerator. All ingredients can be varied in volume to suit individual taste. Above amounts are approximate from memory. |
