MILLION DOLLAR PIE 
Make 2 graham cracker crusts. (Recipe on cracker crumb package.) Chill crust 1/2 hour before filling.

FILLING:

1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. maraschino cherries, chopped
1/4 c. lemon juice concentrate

Mix Cool Whip and condensed milk; add pineapple, nuts and cherries. Mix well, then add lemon juice and mix well again. Divide filling between the 2 crusts. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.

I sometimes put the crust and filling in a 9"x13" pan. It will go further for a large group. This is a very quick recipe with no baking.
