BLUEBERRY SLUMP 
4 c. blueberries
1 c. sugar
8 slices white bread, trimmed, buttered on both sides

1. Place blueberries in pan. Add sugar, cook over low heat to simmering point. Cook an additional ten minutes.

2. Line a baking dish with bread that has been buttered on both sides.

3. Pour berries over bread. Alternate layers of bread and fruit, ending with fruit.

4. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees in oven.

5. Chill and serve with whipped cream topping.
