MARTHA'S VINEYARD BLUEFISH | |
Swordfish can be substituted Salt and pepper 4 tbsp. mayonnaise Paprika Lemon Preheat broiler. Wash and dry fillets. Salt and pepper them. Coat both sides with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with paprika. Place fish in greased pan (or pan lined with foil), 3-5 inches from heat. Broil 1/2 to 1 inch fillets, 8 to 10 minutes. Broil fillets that are over 1 inch for 8 to 10 minutes, turn and broil 5 to 8 minutes more. Serve with wedges of lemon. Serves 4 to 5. |
