BRENDA'S BLUEFISH CAKES 
3 bluefish fillets
2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning
2 tbsp. mustard
8 tbsp. mayonnaise
4 eggs
Salt and pepper

Boil fillets for 15 minutes; drain and cool. Flake with fork using white meat only. Add Ritz cracker crumbs, parsley, Old Bay, mustard, mayonnaise, and eggs. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and form into patties. Fry in oil until golden brown.
