CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 or 4 cooked chicken breast
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can English peas (drained) or sweet peas
1 (8 oz.) can sour cream
1 pkg. of Ritz crackers
1 stick of butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bone cooked chicken. Line your casserole dish with chicken. Mix cream of chicken soup, peas and sour cream and pour over chicken. Crush crackers. Place on top of chicken. Melt butter and pour on top of crackers. Bake until brown.
