ASPARAGUS PEA CASSEROLE | |
1 (16 oz.) can sweet green peas 1 (8 oz.) can asparagus spears 1 (10 oz.) can cream of onion soup 1/2 c. milk 1 1/2 c. cheese crackers, crumbled 1/2 c. grated cheese 1/2 c. sour cream Drain peas and asparagus. Mix onion soup, milk and sour cream with peas and asparagus. Pour mixture into a baking dish. Top with grated cheese and crumbled crackers. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes. |
