STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat with mixer for 5 minutes. Turn into buttered pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes; cool for 20 minutes. Mix 8 ounces sour cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 5 tablespoons sugar. Pour this mix over the baked cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Boil this until thick, 5 minutes. Cool. Spread on cake. Refrigerate.
