STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. melted butter
1 c. chopped pecans
2 (2 oz.) env. whipped topping mix
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 qt. fresh strawberries, washed & drained
1 pkg. glaze mix

Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Mix flour, brown sugar, butter and chopped pecans to make pastry dough. Pat into two 8 inch pie pans or 1 large pan. Bake 10 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool.

Prepare whipped topping mix according to directions and mix with soft cream cheese and confectioners' sugar. Spread on bottom of pie shells. Refrigerate overnight. Prepare glaze mix according to directions and mix with strawberries. Put on top of pie.
