CONEY ISLAND SAUCE 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. sugar, optional

In large skillet, brown beef and onion; drain well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer uncovered 10-15 minutes. Spoon over frankfurters in buns. Refrigerate or freeze leftovers. 2 cups.
