COCONUT BON BONS 
1 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar
3 c. coconut

Melt butter and pour over powdered sugar and coconut. Mix (I use my hands) and roll into balls about the size of walnut. Refrigerate. May dip in chocolate and/or put a nut or cherry in center.

CHOCOLATE DIP: Combine in top of double boiler: 1 (6 oz.) package semi-sweet chocolate chips. 4 squares semi-sweet chocolate (4 oz.), and 1/3 bar of paraffin wax. Melt, stirring occasionally until blended. Dip coconut balls in and place on wax paper until cold.
