PINEAPPLE-CHEESE MOLD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime flavor gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (1 lb. 4 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. nuts

May add 2 tablespoons lemon juice or dash of Tabasco sauce Stir together and pour into 1 1/2 quart mold. Chill until firm. Serves 8.
