MEXICAN CORNBREAD CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. Mexican cornbread mix
1 can cream style corn
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. cheese (cheddar or Colby)

Brown ground beef and drain. Mix cornbread per package directions. Add cream style corn. Add cooked ground beef. Pour half of mixture in 9 1/2 x 12 1/2 inch Pyrex dish. Top with half of cheese. Pour remaining mixture and top with remaining cheese. Cook per cornbread directions.
