LEMONADE CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix 1 sm. box instant lemon pudding 4 eggs 1/3 c. oil 1 c. + 2 tbsp. water 1 sm. can lemonade 2 c. powdered sugar 1 container Cool Whip Mix together cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil and water. Bake at 350 degrees in greased and floured 9x13 pan for 35 minutes. While warm, poke holes in entire top of cake with fork. Mix 2 cups powdered sugar and 1 small can lemonade together and pour over top of cake. Return to oven for 5 minutes. Let cake cool and top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate. |
