RIBBON MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 tsp. salt
Few grains pepper
1 sm. onion, minced
1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb flavored bread stuffing mix

Grease a 9"x5"x3" loaf pan. Combine beef, salt, pepper, onion and milk. Mix thoroughly. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package. Fill pan with three layers of meat and two layers of stuffing, beginning and ending with meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
