RICE OMELET 
3 c. cooked white rice
1/2 lb. beef (or ground beef)
1/2 carrot, diced
1/2 onion, diced
3 tbsp. tomato ketchup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 eggs
3 tbsp. salad oil

Dice beef, carrot and onion. Cook beef in frying pan with salad oil until brown. Add carrot and onion. When mixture is cooked, add tomato ketchup and cooked rice. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Remove from heat.

Make individual omelet in crepe shape using one egg. Place mixed rice in the middle and wrap it with egg. Omelet may be served with a pickle.
