JAM CAKE 
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. each peach jam (or other), coconut, raisins, pecans

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. cream
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut

Cream butter with sugar and eggs and buttermilk. Sift remaining ingredients and add to egg mixture. Pour into greased 13"x9" pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Combine topping ingredients and cook over slow heat until thick. Pour on top of cake while hot.
